About Us
Progressive Tax and Accounting is the public name of P and D Tax Services Inc, a tax and accounting firm that has been serving families and businesses since 2013, based in Joliet since 2022.
How we got started
We opened our doors in Chicago in 2013 with a simple idea: people deserve a tax office that answers the phone, explains things in plain language, and treats a small return with the same care as a big one. In 2022 we moved the office to Joliet, and that idea still runs the office today.
Most of our clients come from right here in Will County, with more from Morris and Grundy County, and plenty work with us online from farther away. We are a small team on purpose, and we know the families and businesses on our files by name.
